Durante el proceso se abordaron temas relacionados con el liderazgo transformador, g\u00e9nero en la cadena de poder, roles de g\u00e9nero, ciudadan\u00eda para la intervenci\u00f3n, mujeres, pol\u00edtica y poder, gobernabilidad local y herramientas para fortalecer el liderazgo pol\u00edtico de las mujeres, as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de contexto de la realidad nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de este espacio formativo, las participantes fortalecieron sus conocimientos y habilidades para impulsar procesos organizativos en sus comunidades, promover la participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las mujeres y contribuir a la construcci\u00f3n de territorios m\u00e1s justos e igualitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
