base de mujeres formadas en la tem\u00e1tica, de cara a su apropiaci\u00f3n para la reivindicaci\u00f3n y ejercicio de sus derechos, se ha definido un plan de formaci\u00f3n orientado a potenciar y fortalecer su capacidad de gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento y pensamiento cr\u00edtico, su organizaci\u00f3n y liderazgo y su visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en relaci\u00f3n a una vida libre de violencia, teniendo en cuenta aspectos legales y organizativos para hacer incidencia en los gobiernos locales.<\/p><p>De acuerdo a este enfoque, con los talleres se formar\u00e1 a las participantes en cuanto a las leyes que las protegen, no solo como mujeres sino como defensoras de derechos humanos, adem\u00e1s de ofrecerles informaci\u00f3n global del mecanismo de la Ventana Ciudadana y su
